Guest Ratings & Reviews
I couldn't get any sleep the first night due to the loud noise, but the hotel is bare bones with just the basics in the room. However, the location is perfect for exploring the city.
I stayed at the hotel and it was a mixed experience. The location was good, being in the CBD close to the Town Hall and Queen Victoria Building. However, the rooms were extremely noisy and basic; camping might have been a better option. The dining options were decent, especially for healthy salads, but the facilities were lacking.
The hotel has a very poor location, but it is just a couple of minutes' walk to Town Hall underground station and 10 minutes to Darling Harbour. The rooms are old, dirty, and lack amenities, but they do have air conditioning. The service is quite average with housekeeping and a welcome drink available. The dining experience offers fresh cheese bread, and the facilities are basic. The price seems reasonable given the condition of the hotel.
